Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Since our products are digital vector anime cards, all purchases are delivered electronically via email after successful payment.

By purchasing, you agree that the product is non-physical and delivered digitally.

Digital Product Delivery

All purchased items are delivered to your email address provided at checkout.
Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Please ensure you enter a valid email address at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are generally not available once the files have been sent or accessed.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issue where files were not delivered and cannot be accessed
  • Corrupted or incorrect file provided by us

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You did not like the design after receiving files
  • Incorrect email entered by customer
  • Files already delivered successfully

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you face any issue with the files, we will provide support or re-send the correct files.
